4 Effective Ways to Achieve Higher Positive Vibrations

Your vibrations have an impact on the types of people or experiences you attract in life, as well as how you feel on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

When our vibrations are low, this can cause us to experience intense feelings of negativity… anger, jealousy, exhaustion, rage, the list goes on… and this predominantly negative energy only attracts more negativity to one’s life. With that said, once we’re in this unhealthy state of mind and spirit, it can be a challenge to know how to get our vibrations operating at a higher level again – and to begin feeling how we’re meant to feel.

On the other hand, when we function at higher vibrations, we are predominantly experiencing feelings of love, happiness, hope, and optimal health – as higher vibrational energies facilitate a better blood flow and enhanced nourishment. Not to mention, our positive energies organically and inevitably attract more love and positivity to our lives – and this is a truly beautiful thing to experience!

So, without further adieu, here are four ways you can effectively raise your vibrations:

1. Take time to appreciate life in all of its beauty

Take a moment out of each day to reflect on what makes your life great, and what you are most grateful for. Think about the people you appreciate in your life, and why you’re grateful to know them. Think about the unique gifts and talents you have to offer that make you so extraordinary. Only one person has the privilege of being you, and this is a true gift.

Also, take the time to appreciate the beauty of nature that surrounds you. Take in the beauty of the trees… the lushness of the grass… the happy chirping of the birds! Life offers so many blessings, and it can be easy to overlook them when we get too caught up in our busy schedules. Spending time in nature and reflecting on its wonder is an effective way to ground yourself and ultimately tune your energy to a higher frequency.

2. Perform random acts of kindness

Performing spontaneous acts of kindness from the heart is SO, SO good for the soul. Make a donation to a charity you value. Buy your co-worker a coffee, simply for being a great team member. Help that elderly man carry his groceries across the street! We aren’t made to live selfishly – and by spreading positivity to others and doing good for more than just ourselves, this is extremely healing.

3. Laugh!

Laughter truly is the best medicine. Laughter comes from the heart and actually helps us to disperse negative emotions or energy by improving the flow of oxygen to our lungs. Plus, who doesn’t automatically feel better after laughing? Smiling and laughing is incredibly infectious.
